Dan Martin is one badass engine builder. Just finished my 4.6 3 valve build. Complete bottom end rebuild, and all new upper end with Ford Racing Hot Rod Cams. This is the 2nd time in in 20 years. That's right they last that long. 1st build was a zz3 crate motor that was deadly at the track and on the street. This one is just as snotty. Can't get better than this. It's true that hindsight is 20/20. After buying a re-man, too good to be true longblock, it came with a hole through #5 cylinder wall. Thank God I bought insurance with it - it's scrap. The Martin Engine Machine Team stepped in and put a plan together to get me back in business. After Danny, Frankie, and Vinny finished the machine work and assembly, they had Tom in the Dyno shop fire it up and print out a spec sheet complete with torque and horsepower. I want thank these professionals for making this project successful. Don't choose impostors - go to Martin Engine Machine, the real deal.

I dropped off my BMW m20b27 head in the morning, and it got pressure tested, resurfaced, and cleaned that day. Head ended up bring flat to .0025", checked with an indicator and a surface plate. Well within spec. Thanks again.

This is, by far, the best and most honest engine shop I've ever dealt with. I was treated like family when I was there. They work is second to none. My original LS6 engine runs perfectly and was dyno'd at 459 hp. Thanks guys for an awesome job.
